Morgen Pricing (2026): Individual vs Team Plans, Trial, Discounts and Refunds

A Dayplan App guides cover: the headline Morgen pricing & subscription guide, beside Morgen's individual plans (Monthly $30, Yearly $15 a month) tagged with the Morgen logo, with $15 circled and the note: $180 a year, and no card for the trial.
TL;DR: Morgen has one plan for individuals: $30 a month, or $15 a month billed yearly ($180 a year). Teams pay $25 per seat monthly or $10 per seat yearly, with a 2-seat minimum. There's no free plan, but the 14-day trial needs no card, and Morgen refunds the full amount within your first 30 days. Students, nonprofits and anyone moving over from another planner can ask for a discount.

Morgen (morgen.so) is a calendar and task planner: it pulls your calendars and to-do apps into one place and helps you time block the day, with an AI Planner that suggests a schedule. We read Morgen's pricing page in US dollars and in a localized version, then created an account and went as far as the payment step without paying, on October 28, 2026. Every screenshot is ours.

How much does Morgen cost?

Individual$30 a month$15 a month ($180 a year)Yearly saves 50%
Team$25 per seat a month$10 per seat a month ($120 per seat a year)Minimum 2 seats; yearly saves 60%

Every plan has the same features: time blocking with the AI Planner, unlimited calendar and task integrations, calendar automations, a booking page and scheduling links, and apps for Windows, macOS, Linux, iPhone, Android and the browser.

Over a year, paying monthly as an individual costs $360, so the yearly plan saves $180.

Team pricing: cheaper per seat, but at least 2 seats

The Teams tab is cheaper per person, but you pay for at least two seats:

Morgen's Teams tab: Team Monthly at 25 per seat per month, billed monthly, minimum 2 seats, and Team Yearly at 10 per seat per month, billed yearly, minimum 2 seats, marked Most popular, with Save 60% compared to Monthly.

SetupMonthly billingYearly billing
1 person, Individual plan$30 a month$180 a year
2 people, Team plan$50 a month$240 a year
5 people, Team plan$125 a month$600 a year

For two people, a yearly team plan ($240) costs less than two individual yearly plans ($360). Adding or removing team members mid-cycle is charged or refunded pro rata.

Localized prices in some countries

Morgen adjusts prices for some countries. When we opened the pricing page from Romania, a banner offered a code for a recurring 40% off the subscription, and the page showed prices in euros:

Morgen's pricing page viewed from Romania, with a blue banner reading: Hello! Since you're in Romania, we have localized pricing for you. Use the code at checkout for a recurring 40% off your subscription.

We tried the code at checkout. It took the yearly plan from €180 to €108, and the checkout showed the renewal a year later at €108 as well, so the discount does recur:

Morgen's Paddle checkout for Morgen Pro Yearly with the localized code applied: subtotal €148.76, discount minus €59.50, VAT €18.74, €108.00 due today and €108.00 due on 28 October 2027.

Visitors from the US, and we'd expect much of Western Europe, see the standard prices with no code. If you're elsewhere, open the pricing page before you subscribe and look for the banner.

The 14-day trial and the 30-day refund window

  • Trial: 14 days with full access and no credit card. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
  • Refunds: if you're not happy, or picked the wrong plan, email connect@morgen.so and Morgen refunds the full amount (not pro rata) within your first 30 days of signing up.
Morgen's FAQ answer to What is your refund policy?: email connect@morgen.so if you are not satisfied or chose the wrong plan, and Morgen will refund the full amount, not pro-rated, within your first 30 days of signing up.

That's the most generous combination in this series: a trial without a card, then a month to change your mind after paying.

Inside the account, Billing confirms the trial and its end date, 14 days after sign-up:

Morgen's Billing page during the trial: Your current active plan is Free trial; the Personal plan card explains that the trial includes most features, including unlimited connected accounts and workflows, that you'll be asked to upgrade after it expires, and that the plan is valid until November 11th 2026, beside a Subscribe to Pro button.

One thing to know: subscribing during the trial charges you right away. Morgen's checkout showed the full year due today, not at the end of the trial. In the euro area that's €180 including VAT (€148.76 plus €31.24 VAT):

Morgen's Paddle checkout for Morgen Pro Yearly: €180.00 including VAT, then €180.00 yearly, with a subtotal of €148.76, VAT of €31.24, €180.00 due today and €180.00 due on 28 October 2027.

If you want the whole trial, wait until near the end before you subscribe.

Discounts

Morgen's discount offers: Switching Providers, 15% off for 1 year when you switch from Motion, Reclaim, Fantastical or Sunsama; and Academic, Student and Nonprofit, 25% off forever for students, academics and nonprofits who start a trial and contact Morgen from an institutional email.

  • Students, academics and nonprofits: 25% off, for as long as you subscribe. Start the trial, then email Morgen from your institutional address.
  • Switching from Motion, Reclaim, Fantastical or Sunsama: 15% off for your first year.
  • Localized pricing: a recurring code in some countries, as above.

To claim a discount, start your trial and email connect@morgen.so for the code.

Payment, and what isn't included

  • Payment: PayPal, Apple Pay and all major cards. Morgen's payments run through Paddle, a reseller, so your receipt may show Paddle rather than Morgen.
  • Kai is a separate product. Morgen's team launched Kai, an AI executive assistant, on its own site (hirekai.ai) with its own account and subscription. It isn't part of the Morgen plans above.

What reviewers say

On the US App Store, Morgen was rated 4.4 out of 5 from 213 ratings when we checked. The iPhone app is a companion to the desktop app.

Long-time users like how it pulls everything together:

"Having used every calendar app from Vimcal, to Akiflow, and Morgen, I can honestly say that Morgen is the most well rounded right now." Aaronjbach, App Store, February 2024

The main complaint is about the phone app doing less than the desktop one:

"Limiting what you can do on mobile devices compared to the computer version is weird to me." ShadowFluf, App Store, March 2026

Is Morgen worth it?

At $180 a year, Morgen costs less than Akiflow ($228) and Motion ($348) for one person, and a little less than Sunsama ($204).

Pick Morgen if:

  • You juggle several calendars (Google, Outlook, iCloud, Fastmail) and want them in one view
  • You want to time block tasks from Notion, Todoist, Linear or ClickUp
  • You want a trial without a card and a refund window after paying

Skip it if:

  • You plan mostly on your phone: the mobile app does less than desktop
  • You want a free plan to fall back on
  • You want an AI to fully run your schedule, rather than suggest one

How we checked

On October 28, 2026 we read Morgen's pricing page twice: once as it serves US prices, and once with the localized version it showed us in Romania. We saved a screenshot and the text of each, along with its FAQ, its Kai page and its US App Store listing. Team totals are Morgen's per-seat prices multiplied out. We then created a Morgen account, opened the billing page, and went through the Paddle checkout for the yearly plan with and without the localized code, stopping before payment. Prices change, so if you spot a difference, email us and we'll update this page.
