TL;DR: Tiimo doesn't publish its price. At checkout, Tiimo Pro cost $54 a year or $14 a month. Only the yearly plan has the 7-day free trial, and it asks for a card or PayPal before it starts. Monthly is charged the day you subscribe. There's a free version on iPhone and Android, but the web planner needs Pro. In Europe it's €46.99 a year or €12 a month, and in the UK £40 or £10.
Tiimo (tiimoapp.com) is a visual daily planner built with ADHD and autistic users in mind, with color-coded timelines, a focus timer and an AI co-planner. We created a Tiimo account on the web on October 28, 2026, went through its sign-up questions to the paywall, and opened both checkouts, stopping before paying. Every screenshot is ours.
How much does Tiimo cost?
| Plan | US price | Today | Free trial |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | Not needed (iPhone and Android only) |
| Pro, yearly | $54 a year ($4.50 a month) | $0, then $54 on day 7 | 7 days, card or PayPal required |
| Pro, monthly | $14 a month ($168 over a year) | $14 | None |
Over a year, the monthly plan costs $114 more than paying yearly. In the US, sales tax is added on top where it applies: a New York City address brought the yearly plan to $58.79 at checkout, and an Oregon address left it at $54.
Tiimo doesn't list a price anywhere
Tiimo's website has no pricing page. The address tiimoapp.com/pricing sends you to its FAQ, where the answer to "How much does Tiimo Pro cost?" has no number:

The App Store listing doesn't show one either. Its Subscriptions section lists "Tiimo Pro, Get full access to Tiimo, Free Trial" with no amount. So the only way to see the price is to create an account. Some pricing guides online list figures that don't match what we saw at checkout, so check the date on anything you read, including this page.
What the paywall shows
On the web, Tiimo asks two quick questions (what you need help with, and whether you're neurodivergent), then shows the paywall. It opens on the yearly plan:

Switch to Monthly and the trial disappears:

There's no "continue for free" option on this screen. On the web, the choices are Start trial, Subscribe or Log out.
What the checkout charges
Tiimo's web checkout is run by Paddle, which sells the subscription on Tiimo's behalf. You can pay by card or PayPal.
The yearly checkout shows $0.00 due today and $54.00 a year from day 7. You still enter a card or connect PayPal to start the trial:

The monthly checkout charges $14.00 today and again every month:

| You choose | Charged today | Then |
|---|---|---|
| Yearly with trial | $0 | $54 on day 7, then every year |
| Monthly | $14 | $14 every month |
Our account was opened from Romania. The price stayed at $14 and $54, with Romanian VAT taken out of it, not added on top.
Tiimo's price in euros, pounds and other currencies
Tiimo's web app gets its prices from Paddle, which keeps a dollar price plus local prices for a few countries. These are the prices it returned on October 28, 2026:
| Where you buy | Monthly | Yearly | Tax |
|---|---|---|---|
| United States | $14 | $54 | Sales tax added where it applies |
| Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium | €12 | €46.99 | VAT included |
| United Kingdom | £10 | £40 | VAT included |
| Denmark | 75 kr | 360 kr | VAT included |
| Sweden | 110 kr | 480 kr | VAT included |
| Norway | 110 kr | 480 kr | VAT included |
| Everywhere else on the web | $14 | $54 | Local tax included or added, by country |
These are web prices. On iPhone and Android you pay through Apple or Google, and Tiimo says the store shows your local price at checkout. We didn't buy through either store.
What the free version includes
Tiimo's App Store listing says the free version includes a basic planner, limited AI chats and 1 profile. Its FAQ adds that the free version is only on the iPhone and Android apps. The web planner is a Pro feature.
Tiimo Pro adds:
- Unlimited AI use, including the AI co-planner that turns a list of tasks into a plan
- The web planner, with sync across phone, tablet, watch and web
- More profiles (the App Store listing mentions sharing up to 5 profiles with family)
- All of Tiimo's Pro planning tools
Refunds and cancelling
- Refunds: Tiimo's FAQ says app charges are "generally nonrefundable" and it doesn't refund partly used periods. If you paid on the web or Google Play, you can ask Tiimo's support. If you paid through the App Store, you ask Apple.
- Cancelling the trial: cancel at least 24 hours before the 7 days end, or the yearly plan renews.
- Where to cancel: on the web, go to Settings, then Account, then Manage subscriptions, which opens Paddle's customer portal. On iPhone, cancel in your Apple ID subscriptions. On Android, cancel in Google Play. Deleting the app doesn't cancel anything.
- Family: Apple Family Sharing works for App Store subscriptions only. Subscriptions bought on the web or Google Play can't be shared that way.
What reviewers say
Tiimo was rated 4.6 out of 5 from 21,000 ratings on the US App Store, where it carries the Editors' Choice badge and the listing names it iPhone App of the Year 2025. On Google Play it was rated 4.5 from 3,510 reviews, with over 100,000 downloads.

Fans say it fits the way they think:
"I absolutely love this app, it is pretty much exactly what I'm looking for." brookeekay, App Store, February 2021
The critical reviews at the top of Tiimo's Google Play page were about the trial. One reviewer said a cancellation on the last day of the trial didn't go through. Another wrote:
"As someone with ADHD I do not do free trials because I will forget and pay for something I may not want to keep using." Alisha, Google Play, August 2026

If you start the trial, set a reminder for day 5, so you have time to cancel before the 24-hour cutoff.
Is Tiimo Pro worth the money?
At $54 a year, Tiimo Pro costs less than most daily planners we've covered: Akiflow is $228 a year, and TickTick Premium is $49.99.
Pay for Tiimo Pro if:
- A visual, color-coded timeline helps you start and switch tasks
- You want the AI co-planner without limits
- You plan on a computer as well as your phone, since the web planner is Pro only
Stick with the free version, or look elsewhere, if:
- You only plan on your phone and the basic planner covers you
- You want to pay monthly and still try it first: monthly has no trial
- You need a refund safety net: charges are generally nonrefundable

How we checked
On October 28, 2026 we read Tiimo's FAQ and its US App Store and Google Play listings, and saved a screenshot and the text of each. We then created a Tiimo account on the web with an email and password, answered the two sign-up questions, and reached the paywall. We opened Paddle's checkout for the yearly trial and for the monthly plan and stopped before entering a card. Our account was opened from Romania, so the checkout included Romanian VAT. The prices by country come from the pricing preview Tiimo's web app requests from Paddle, which we repeated for US, European, UK, Canadian and Australian addresses the same day. App ratings are from the US stores. Prices change, so if you spot a difference, email us and we'll update this page.
